Opening Refuges

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammāsambuddhassa. (3x)
Homage to him the blessed one, the worthy one, the fully enlightened one.

Buddha saraa gacchāmi
I go for refuge in the Buddha.

Dhamma saraa gacchāmi
I go for refuge in the Dharma.

Sangha saraa gacchāmi
I go for refuge in the Sangha

Dutiyampi … For the second time … Tatiyampi … For the third time …

Ending Sharing of Merit

By this practice of the Dhamma, I pay homage to the Lord Buddha.
By this practice of the Dhamma, I pay homage to the Dhamma.
By this practice of the Dhamma, I pay homage to the Sagha.
By this practice, may I be free from birth, decay, disease and death.
By this merit of mine, may I attain Nibbāna.
We share our merits with all beings.
